1. Share the Story, Not Just the Photo
If you are commissioning a portrait of your grandfather, tell us about his personality. Was he stern but kind? Did he love the outdoors? Knowing the ‘soul’ of the subject helps our artists decide whether to use soft, blended brushwork or bold, textured strokes.
2. The Feedback Loop
We believe in transparency. During the creation of your masterpiece, we provide progress updates. This is your chance to discuss color balance or specific details before the final varnish is applied. Communication is the brush that prepares the canvas.
